"Ragging is any disorderly conduct, whether by words spoken or written, or by an act which has the effect of teasing, treating or handling with rudeness any student, indulging in rowdy or indiscipline activities which cause or are likely to cause annoyance, hardship or psychological harm or to raise fear or apprehension thereof in a fresher or junior student and which has the effect of causing or generating a sense of shame or embarrassment so as to adversely affect the psyche of a fresher or a junior student".

- Eve – teasing and ragging are strictly prohibited.
- All students should produce their Identity Cards when ever asked for.
- The Principal has the undisputed authority to penalize or dismiss or suspend any misbehaving student.
- Group clashes, violence, assaults and indecent behaviour towards teacher and non – teaching staff are considered serious offences for which punishments like suspension or expulsion is effected.
- Decision of the Principal is final with regard to interpreting offence and punishment.
- The Principal may alter or amend the above rules or add further rules from time to time for smooth functioning of the college. The Principal’s interpretation of rules is final.
Dr.M.Munafur Hussaina is the Nodal Officer for the anti-ragging cell of our Institution. Any ragging complaints can be posted in the box provided within the campus or the nodal officer can be contacted.

Students’ Grievance Redressal Cell is functioning in our Institute with Mrs.B.Fahameda Thabaseem as the Nodal officer. Students having any Grievance on Academic matters may contact the Nodal Officer in person or drop a letter in the Grievance Box elaborating your grievance or submit your grievance online through our Institute website or email your grievance to grievance@aimancollege.edu.in Your grievance will be redressed as earlier as possible based on the nature of the issue.

The Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) Cell in the institute promotes the special interests of students in the reserved category and guides the students to utilise the benefits of the schemes offered by the Government. The cell has been established to support and to bring students from such communities in the main stream. The SC/ST cell of the college was established in 2020 with the purpose to empower the SC/ST students in the college
Objectives
- To counsel and guide SC/ ST students and help them to manage academic and personal issues of college life effectively.
- To ensure provisions of an environment where all such students feel safe and secure
- To arrange for special opportunities to enhance the carrier growth
- To provide adequate support and opportunities for the growth and development of the students
- To encourage the students to enrol in career orientation programs that would empower and equip them with the necessary skills

Role and Responsibilities
- To insist students to get online certificates from government
- We are instruct to students update the Aadhar and Aadhar seeding process
- Various students support schemes like the Pudhumai Penn schemes and Uzhavar scholarship
- To help the students create a new Aadhar seeded account in post office
- Nodal Officer will arrange for a meeting with the students directly to create awareness
- Solve the bank problems
- The cell is always engaged to solve the various problems of SC/ST students

Minority cell of the college was established in 2021 with the purpose to empower the Minority students. The college takes special interest in facilitating financial support to students from government agencies and other sources. The Minority cell helps minority students including Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Parsis and Jains for their academic development
Objectives
- To provide adequate support and opportunities for the growth and development of the students.
- To ensure provisions for an environment where all students feel safe and secure
- To monitor the effective implementation of safeguards of the minorities as per the government rules
- To provide equal opportunity for education of minorities
- To make the students aware of the various scholarships schemes of the Central and State Governments
- Every academic year more than 200 students benefited in the minority cell.
