Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of AIMAN College of Arts and Science for Women was established in 2018 as a quality sustenance and enhancement measure, in line with the recommendations of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).
IQAC serves as a nodal agency to develop, monitor, and ensure quality benchmarks in both academic and administrative activities of the institution. It plays a pivotal role in promoting a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence. Through regular reviews, systematic planning, and periodic meetings, the IQAC ensures the effective implementation of various quality initiatives. It focuses on strengthening the teaching-learning process, research culture, student support, community engagement, and governance practices.

- Encourage the use of ICT in Teaching, Learning, and Evaluation.
